Saffron is a facilitation intern at Unloc, focusing on Leadership skills and student voice. She has witnessed young people with special educational needs being alienated from mainstream education, this was a catalyst for Saffron to work closely with young people to provide them with the opportunities to develop their personal skills to still succeed.

Saffron holds a First class BSc (Hons) in Sociology with Criminology which was mainly focused on the relationship between race and crime. She also undertook additional educational modules such as leadership and management skills and a placement in a primary school. Saffron is determined to encourage young people to pursue their dreams regardless of social boundaries.
