Unloc is a leading education non profit founded in 2013 by award-winning young leaders and advocates Hayden Taylor and Ben Dowling. We help schools, colleges and organisations inspire and empower young people to be changemakers through bespoke and innovative programmes in entrepreneurship, leadership, youth voice and careers and employability. We work towards our mission by delivering inspiring educational programmes in our growing network of schools and colleges.
We believe every young person can be a changemaker. By developing young people’s skills and confidence, we empower them to shape their lives and the world around them.
We work with schools and colleges to create a multi-phase Changemaker strategy that includes a variety of Unloc programmes throughout the school or college journey. Our programmes are focused on developing:

Changemaker Studios are a collection of dynamic physical learning and development spaces committed to the advancement of entrepreneurship and leadership skills in young people. Changemaker Studios are located at different schools and colleges around the UK.
Unloc.online is a unique learning platform helping students aged 11-19 to explore entrepreneurship, employability, leadership and career pathways from the comfort of their home.
We’re ultra flexible.
We don’t believe in standardised ‘off the shelf’ programmes. We build our programmes around your needs – your timetable, your students and your priorities.
