Young people – especially those from disadvantaged communities – are being left behind. The Unloc Changemaker Alliance is a growing network of leading businesses who share our vision of supporting every young person to achieve their true potential.

By working together, we are widening access to Unloc’s educational programmes for schools and colleges from dis-advantaged communities, supporting young people with micro-grants to set up a new business or community project, engaging your employees to volunteer in our community programmes and bringing like-minded businesses together to create change.

At the same time, we’re helping to level the playing field by connecting talent to opportunity, tackling inequalities and promoting social mobility. Through our courses, programmes and events we’re enabling young people to develop their entrepreneurial skills, leadership skills and awareness of career pathways, whilst incubating their abilities as future leaders and members of tomorrow’s workforce.
