  1. Functional knowledge to develop their own enterprise or business (business planning, market testing, employment, legal structures, money management etc).
  2. The personal confidence, skills and qualities for entrepreneurship and employability.
  3. Been provided with a creative outlet for entrepreneurial ideas.
  4. Connected with external role models, entrepreneurs & business leaders.

In order to graduate the programme and receive Unloc’s employer-backed completion certificate, each young person will present their concepts to a panel of school/college and Unloc facilitators, including:

Testimonial:

My pupils and staff were very impressed by the sessions delivered by Unloc. They were intelligently thought-out, well organised and delivered with empathy and professionalism. As a result, our pupils are more confident and eloquent in the delivery of their ideas; they are more thoughtful in their opinions and they are more reflective about their futures.
