Able & Talented/Aim High Programme

Description:

The Aim High programme is focused on developing the soft skills of able & talented students. The programme supports students with aspirational pathways to develop the high degree of human/soft skills they need to succeed in their next steps.

Learning is applied back to the context of applying for and progressing onto university, apprenticeships or careers.

The programme is usually delivered across four half days, exploring topics including:

  1. Communicating your passion (including in academia!)
  2. Creative problem solving – enterprise brief
  3. Active listening and debating
  4. Persuading and presenting your case

The programme is brought to life by enthusiastic Unloc facilitators and where possible, a variety of inspiring guest speakers.

If you’re looking to challenge your A&T learners to be the best they can be, the Aim High programme is a powerful tool to do just that.
