After 3 years specialising in education recruitment in London, spending lots of time visiting schools and universities, and putting on events to broaden conversations amongst leaderships teams, Lily relocated to Portsmouth to continue developing her experience working within education institutions. Growing up she taught Calligraphy and Dance classes to younger students and has always enjoyed watching young people’s confidence flourish.
Away from the office, Lily enjoys spending time at the gym, baking for family and friends and reading.
