Tim joined Unloc’s London team in February 2026 as a Programme Facilitator, where he focuses on developing leadership skills and amplifying student voice. A Sports Studies graduate from the University of Winchester, Tim brings a wealth of experience working with young people in schools and holiday camps. He’s passionate about supporting and encouraging young people to realise their potential.

Tim has also spent extended periods travelling across both South America and Africa, and has visited over 50 countries in total. These experiences have helped shape his global outlook and inform his approach to youth work.

Outside of work, Tim runs his own Archery Tag business (and still finds time to play), is a keen football fan, and looks after a pet tortoise.
