Katie has a background in education and coaching young people. She earned her degree in Physical Education and Sports Coaching from Chichester University, after which she worked in and around Portsmouth, delivering PE lessons at local schools. She later transitioned into administrative and coordinator roles at the City of Portsmouth College, contributing to the Global Engagement and Apprenticeships teams.

In addition to her degree, Katie has completed a Certificate in Education and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. She is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their goals and aspirations.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys training at the gym for competitions or walking her dog, Eeva.
