Jess joined Unloc in January 2022 as a Programme Facilitator, focused around Social Action and Youth Violence. She is determined to inspire young people to be the change they want to see in the world- no matter how small, and have their voice be heard.
Jess holds an BSc (Hons) in Psychology which was largely weighted on child and developmental based studies and she also undertook additional educational studies modules, which came with various local placements working with young people.
After graduating, Jess worked in a SEN school, where she enhanced her abilities to empower young people which led her to her current role.
