The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a core part of ENDZ Group CIC. It brings together young people aged 14–19 to help shape our work, influence decisions, and create new ideas that reflect what young people actually need. This isn’t just about giving feedback, YAB members are part of how things are designed, improved, and delivered, from new projects and campaigns to events and content.

Are you aged 14–19 and want a real say in what EG does?

The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is ENDZ Group CIC’s main youth voice group. It shapes everything across EG – from campaigns and projects to new ideas we haven’t even launched yet. This isn’t just about one programme. It’s about helping steer the whole organisation.

As a YAB member, you’ll share ideas, test plans, give honest feedback, and help decide what EG focuses on next. You’ll build confidence, leadership and real-world skills, meet other young people, and be part of creating things that actually matter.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be loud. We just want young people who care, are curious, and want to help shape the future of EG.

What does it involve?

There will be fortnightly in person and online sessions, plus a two day induction and key events. Additional opportunities are optional. This year’s programme will run from May half term 2026 to August 2027, ending with a celebration event.

What do we get up to?

The Youth Advisory Board meets in person and online fortnightly, starting with a two day in person induction during May half term.

Sessions include food, games, creative activities, and proper time to think and build together. There may also be other opportunities in between.

You’ll help shape and roll out EG’s new strategy, then be part of making it real across the next year. That might include:

• giving honest feedback on plans and ideas

• helping shape new projects and programmes

• advising on our socials, content, and comms

• creating or testing resources for young people

• attending events or talks as a youth rep

• visiting programmes to give youth feedback
