The Portsmouth Youth Cabinet’s End of Year Celebration was one to remember and an amazing way to end the 24/25 academic year!
Changemaker Studios are a collection of dynamic physical learning and development spaces committed to the advancement of entrepreneurship and leadership skills in young people. Changemaker Studios are located at different schools and colleges around the UK.
Positive & Supportive Atmosphere for Young People.
Through a wide and engaging range of courses, training programmes, debates, guest speakers and interactive sessions, we use our Changemaker Studios spaces to grow the confidence and abilities of young people, encouraging their voice, and empowering them to make positive change in the world around them.
Each space is a vibrant, fun and flexible working environment, providing young people with a positive and supportive atmosphere where their thoughts and voices are the main priority.
Using traditional debate formats, technology, special guests, experiences and group tasks we can bring out the best in young individuals and give them the confidence to reach high and achieve their goals.
Changemaker Studios features
- Flexible events space for workshops on topics including entrepreneurship, leadership and social action
- Hot desking for students starting up new businesses, charities or community projects
- Technology to allow the sharing of ideas and communicate thought processes
- An extensive range of courses targeted at the advancement of young people and their voice
- Bespoke training and advancement programmes designed to compliment each space and set of young people
- Specialist facilitators to deliver workshops, programmes, debates and sessions
- Collaborative office space for Unloc staff
On top of this, we invite key speakers from across the country from reputable organisations such as Google, Amazon, and the BBC to come and deliver sessions with the students, giving them access to professionals and specialists across a wide range of topics.
Power Series
The Power Series is Unloc’s ongoing programme of bringing top-level innovators, business people, entrepreneurs, public servants, and other inspiring speakers through open-access talks in local communities, all hosted in Changemaker Studios.

Changemaker Studios hosts a wide range of dynamic guest speakers, entrepreneurs and business leaders through out Power Series sessions for young people.
