Join our network of businesses changing the game for young people
What we're
trying to do.
Young people, especially those from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds, are being left behind. Evidence set out in the Youth Matters: State of the Nation government paper tells us:
66%
young people (18 to 24) from disadvantaged backgrounds in the UK are 66% more likely to be NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) than the average young person
40%
of young people (aged 11-24) from low income families in the UK said they were worried about their own or their families finances and the cost of living
15th
Place
The UK as a whole ranked number 15 out of 36 for skills at age 15 and 1 in 3 young people feel like they don’t know how to influence decisions taken in their local area.
27th
out of 27
Out of 27 European countries, the UK is last in how happy 15-year-olds are with their life.
We help bridge the gap between education and employment, connecting young people with forward-thinking businesses and CSR partners that can offer real-world opportunities, mentoring, and belief in their potential.
By joining forces with Unloc, companies become part of a growing corporate youth partnership network, helping to build confidence, develop employability skills, and create pathways into meaningful work through youth leadership and enterprise programmes.
These partnerships also engage employees in purposeful, social value initiatives that deliver measurable impact for both young people and business.
Together, we can change the statistics – and change the story for the next generation
Partnering with Business to Power the Next Generation of Changemakers

Our partnerships with leading businesses create bespoke initiatives that connect employers with the next generation of talent, giving young people across the UK the chance to develop real-world skills, explore emerging industries, and help shape the future of work. Through hands-on, purpose-driven experiences, our business partners and their employees engage directly with students to inspire confidence, creativity, and career curiosity.
