Her Own League

‘Her Own League’ is a fully funded, six-week sports programme designed for teenage girls aged 13–17 to explore new activities in a supportive, inclusive, and friendly environment. The programme is shaped by the participants. If accepted, you will complete a form to select the sports you are most interested in, and I will work to ensure that everyone gets to try at least one of their top choices. Whether you are looking to build confidence or simply have fun with new friends, this free initiative offers a pressure-free space to get active and try something new.
