Batteries are re-charging in preparation for our third fantastic Power Series event at 3pm on Wednesday 9th June, as Managing Director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa, Marc Waters, is welcomed as our guest speaker for our ‘Powering Your Success’ session.
Our first two Power Series events at Westminster Kingsway College have been a huge and influential success, and we are now onto our third and final event for this academic year. Marc will be exploring everything from growth mindset, authenticity, and learning from failure; to making effective plans, decision making, sponsorship, and networking with purpose. It is guaranteed to be an hour that inspires, resonates and drives young minds.
Previous Power Series events have featured the dazzling Nissy Tee, the Entrepreneur, International DJ and Guest Speaker, and Helene Sears, the fantastic User Experience Design Manager at Google. Both did an outstanding job at launching the Power Series events to students in the Camden borough, and inspiring attendees during their engaging sessions.
We can’t think of a better way to end our Power Series events for this academic year than with Marc Waters, the managing director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the UK, Middle East and Africa. Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a global, edge-to-cloud platform as a service company built to transform how businesses operate.
In his role, Marc is responsible for all things, people, and business operations for one of Hewlett Packard Enterprises largest geographical regions. We’re so excited to have him speak with our young people and share his outlook, experience, and wealth of knowledge.
Marc has previously supported Unloc’s mission of developing young potential in the past through our Enterprise courses and events, and we can’t wait to welcome him back again.
We actively encourage our young participants to interact and engage with these powerful speakers during our events and provide them with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into their worlds. This is with the view of aiming to inspire and ignite a fire within them to become the future change makers we believe they can be.
