. Unloc and Verizon Business have launched The Young Entrepreneurs Challenge for 2025, an annual event that seeks to identify the best young talent across
Business leaders and young people come together to explore how we shape the future workforce and improve the odds for young people in the UK.
We have created this series of roundtable breakfast sessions to bring together a diverse group of brilliant people – business leaders and young people – to talk about and explore how we can improve the odds for young people and the future of talent in the UK.
Over breakfast, we’ll dive into the key skills and talent pipeline challenges facing both employers and young people together, as well as exploring how businesses can cultivate a culture of innovation and connection amongst their employees by connecting with young people.
Each roundtable will be an open conversation with up-to 15 invited and curated guests (both business leaders and incredible young people from Unloc’s network), sharing their insight, experience and ideas as to what we could collectively do to make a real impact for young people in the UK.
Hayden is a unique social entrepreneur and keynote speaker focused on changing the game for young people in the UK. Hayden co-founded Unloc aged just 16, developing it into an multi award-winning organisation that has supported over 100,000 young people and built flagship partnerships with Global Business icons. Hayden is also a One Young World Ambassador, a Jo Cox Memorial Scholar, fellow of A Million Realities and holds a number of trustee and Non Executive Director positions both in the private and third sector; he is recognised for championing the interests of young people globally.
