Our agile team, based at our central HQ within Portsmouth College, are passionate about inspiring young people and helping them to become the innovators of the future. We are looking for a highly organised, efficient and motivated individual to fulfil the role of a part-time PA to our busy directors. As Unloc grows, our two directors need assistance with administrative tasks including writing up minutes, organising busy diaries, sending out emails, mail shots and post etc. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, driven and flexible individual.
- To support the directors in their day-to-day roles including:
- Writing up and organising minutes
- Organising many busy diaries
- Sending out emails, mail shots and post
- Liaising with our partner schools and organisations over the phone
- Document/data management
- Supporting other Unloc staff with administrative work on an ad hoc basis
PA to the Directors: Person Specification
Essential: GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C (or equivalent).
Desirable: Level 3 ICT qualification.
Experience and Knowledge
Essential: Writing minutes/letters and other formal documents.
Desirable: Previous experience as a PA and/or administrative work.
Abilities and Skills
Essential: High level writing skills.
Essential: Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
Essential: Ability to work as part of a team.
Essential: Ability to work independently.
Desirable: High level of skill when using Google Apps For Work and word processors.
Desirable: Ability to write press releases.
Desirable: Ability to use Twitter and Facebook.
Essential: Willingness to undertake staff training and development as required.
Desirable: Car driver with clean UK driving licence.
